治未病指导思想下应用艾灸治疗糖尿病肾病的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨治未病指导思想下为糖尿病肾病患者实施艾灸治疗的效果。方法利用该院2019年3月—2021年1月收治糖尿病肾病患者60例作为研究对象,随机分组为研究组与参照组,各30例。参照组接受常规干预,研究组在此基础上应用治未病指导思想指导艾灸治疗。观察两组疗效、水肿发生情况及实验室相关指标变化。结果研究组临床疗效率为90.00%,参照组为66.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.812,P<0.05)。两组水肿发生率及水肿积分差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.667,t=0.837,P>0.05)。研究组24 h尿量、24尿蛋白、尿微量白蛋白指标均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.045、2.104、2.402,P<0.05)。结论临床于治未病思想指导下应用艾灸治疗糖尿病肾病患者,效果显著,有效预防或减轻水肿并发症,改善其24 h尿蛋白、尿酸水平,应用价值高。Objective To investigate the effect of moxibustion therapy for diabetic nephropathy patients under the guiding ideology of treating disease before disease.Methods A total of 60 cases of diabetic nephropathy patients admitted in the hospital from March 2019 to January 2021 were used as research subjects.Randomly divided into study group and reference group,with 30 cases in each group,the reference group received routine intervention.On this basis,the study group applied the guiding ideology of treating pre-disease to guide moxibustion treatment.The curative effect,the occurrence of edema and the changes of laboratory-related indexes in the two groups were observed.Results The clinical efficacy rate of the study group was 90.00%,and that of the reference group was 66.67%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.812,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of edema and edema score between the two groups(χ^(2)=1.667,t=0.837,P>0.05).The 24 h urine volume,24 h urine protein and urine microalbumin indexes of the study group were lower than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.045,2.104,2.402,P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical application of moxibustion in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy patients under the guidance of the idea of preventive treatment has a significant effect,effectively preventing or alleviating edema complications,and improving their 24 h urinary protein and uric acid levels,which has high application value.
