摘 要:目的探究健康教育在社区糖尿病患者护理中的应用价值。方法选取2020年10月—2021年9月该院收治的60例糖尿病患者作为研究对象。将患者按照抽签方法随机分为参比组和研究组,各30例。参比组给予常规社区护理进行干预;研究组在常规社区护理的基础上实施健康教育护理措施进行干预。对比两组患者实施护理干预前后的血糖水平及焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表的评分情况及干预后的生活质量评估情况。结果护理前,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组血糖指标均下降,且研究组优于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者的焦虑及抑郁自评量表评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者焦虑、抑郁自评量表的评分均降低,且研究组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分明显低于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组患者的生活质量显著优于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在社区,针对糖尿病患者实施健康教育,可以明显地改善患者的病情,有效缓解糖尿病患者的消极情绪,同时可显著提高患者的生活质量,值得广泛推广。Objective To explore the application value of health education in the nursing of community diabetic patients.Methods A total of 60 diabetic patients who were admitted to the hospital from October 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a reference group and a study group according to the method of drawing lots,with 30 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine community nursing intervention.The study group implemented health education and nursing measures to intervene on the basis of routine community care.The blood glucose level,the scores of self rating anxiety scale and self rating depression scale before and after nursing intervention and the evaluation of quality of life after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose between the two groups(P>0.05),after nursing,the blood glucose index of the two groups were decreased,and the condition of the study group was better than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of anxiety and depression self-rating scale between the two groups(P>0.05),after nursing,the scores of the anxiety and depression self-rating scale of the two groups were decreased,and the anxiety and depression scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life of the patients in the study group was significantly better than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the community,implementing health education for diabetic patients can significantly improve the patient's condition and effectively relieve the negative emotions of diabetic patients.At the same time,it can significantly impro
