糖尿病周围神经病变应用补阳还五汤治疗的效果评析

摘　　要：目的对糖尿病周围神经病变患者开展补阳还五汤治疗的价值及作用进行探析。方法选取2020年7月—2021年7月符合糖尿病周围神经病变判定标准的80例患者。以随机数字表法分组,一组以常规西医治疗,一组增加补阳还五汤治疗,前者纳入40例设为对照组,后者纳入40例设为观察组。完成治疗后对比组间疗效、中医症状分值、血糖指标及生活质量。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,中医症状分值组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,生活质量各项分值组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),随访半年显示,观察组躯体疼痛高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病周围神经病变患者开展补阳还五汤治疗,可有效缓解患者症状,调节患者血糖水平以及神经传导功能,提升患者生活质量,疗效显著。Objective To explore the value and effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Selected 80 patients who were included and met the criteria for diabetic peripheral neuropathy from July 2020 to July 2021.The random number table method was used,one group was treated with conventional Western medicine and the other group was treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction.The former included 40 cases as the control group,and the latter included 40 cases as the observation group.After completed the treatment,compared the efficacy,TCM symptom scores,and blood glucose indicators and the quality of life between the groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in TCM symptom scores between the groups before treatment(P>0.05),after treatment,the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose between the groups before treatment(P>0.05),after treatment,the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of the quality of life between the groups before treatment(P>0.05).The half-year follow-up showed,the somatic pain in the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Buyang Huanwu Decoction for patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy can effectively relieve the symptoms of the patients,regulate the blood glucose level and nerve conduction function of the patients, and improve the quality of life of the patients. The effect is significant.
