研究早期康复治疗糖尿病性脑卒中患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析糖尿病性脑卒中行早期康复治疗的效果。方法选取该院2020年10月—2021年10月收治的92例糖尿病性脑卒中患者为研究对象,根据抽签分为一般组和康复组,每组46例,前者行一般性卒中治疗,后者行早期康复治疗,观察并比较两组患者血糖水平,恢复情况及治疗有效性。结果治疗前,康复组和一般组血糖指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组血糖指标均比治疗前低,且康复组比一般组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,康复组和一般组NIHSS、ADL评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组NIHSS、ADL评分均比治疗前优,且NIHSS评分在康复组更低,ADL评分在康复组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。康复组治疗有效性(97.83%)比一般组(82.61%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期康复治疗有效性高,能强化控糖机制,也能减轻神经、机体损伤。Objective To analyze the effect of early rehabilitation for diabetic stroke.Methods The 92 diabetic stroke patients admitted in the hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research subjects,which were divided into general group and recover group,with 46 patients in each group.The former underwent general stroke treatment,the latter underwent early rehabilitation treatment,and the blood glucose level,recovery and treatment effectiveness were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Compared between the recovery group and the general group in the blood glucose indicators before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the blood glucose index was lower than before treatment,and the recovery group was lower than the general group,the difference of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,compared between the recovery group and the general group of the NIHSS and ADL scores,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS and ADL scores of the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the NIHSS score was lower in the recovery group,and the ADL score was higher in the recovery group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The statistics about therapeutic in the recovery group(97.83%)were higher than that in the general group(82.61%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation therapy is highly effective,can strengthen the glucose control mechanism,and can also reduce nerve and body damage.
