应用动态血糖监测系统的2型糖尿病患者行针对性护理的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析2型糖尿病患者应用动态血糖监测系统期间实施针对性护理的效果。方法采用奇偶数分组法随机将该院2019年1月—2021年1月收治的92例使用动态血糖监测系统的2型糖尿病患者分为对照组(46例采用常规护理)与观察组(46例采用针对性护理),评估患者血糖水平变化情况、血糖监测认知程度、动态血糖监测指标及不良事件发生情况。结果护理后与对照组相比,观察组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)水平及不良事件发生率均更低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后与对照组相比,观察组血糖监测认知程度量表各指标评分均更高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组血糖达标时间更短,低血糖次数及报警处理次数更少,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者应用动态血糖监测系统期间实施针对性护理干预,可有效降低患者血糖水平,提高其血糖监测认知程度,减少不良事件发生风险。Objective To study and analyze the effect of targeted care during the application of dynamic blood glucose monitoring system for type 2 diabetes patients.Methods The 92 patients with type 2 diabetes who used the dynamic blood glucose monitoring system admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were randomly divided into a control group(46 cases using routine care)and an observation group(46 cases using targeted care).Evaluated changes in patients'blood glucose levels,awareness of blood glucose monitoring,dynamic blood glucose monitoring indicators,and occurrence of adverse events.Results After nursing,compared with the control group,the observation group had lower fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG)levels and the incidence of adverse events,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,compared with the control group,the observation group had higher scores on all indicators of the blood glucose monitoring awareness scale,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter blood glucose compliance time,and fewer hypoglycemia and alarm treatments,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of targeted nursing intervention during the application of dynamic blood glucose monitoring system in type 2 diabetic patients can effectively reduce the patient's blood glucose level,improve their awareness of blood glucose monitoring,and reduce the risk of adverse events.
