抗凝联合降血脂治疗糖尿病动脉粥样硬化的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究抗凝联合降血脂治疗糖尿病动脉粥样硬化效果。方法选取2019年5月—2021年5月136例糖尿病动脉粥样硬化患者为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为常规组和研究组,各68例。常规组实施对症治疗、抗凝等,研究组联合降血脂治疗,分析两组治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组血糖、血脂对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组斑块指标对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组效果更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于常规组(4.41%vs 14.71%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组生活质量评分优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在抗凝基础上联合降血脂治疗,能更好地对血糖、血脂等指标进行管控,还能稳定斑块避免并发症,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of anticoagulation combined with hypolipidemic treatment on diabetic atherosclerosis.Methods 136 cases with diabetic atherosderosis as the research object from May 2019 to May 2021 was selected,and were divided into the routine group and the study group according to the random number method,68 cases in each group.In the routine group,symptomatic treatment,anticoagulation,etc.were implemented.The study group was combined with hypolipidemic treatment,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose and blood lipid between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the study group was better than the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in plaque index between two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the effect of the study group was better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the routine group(4.41%vs 14.71%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the study group was better than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combining blood lipid-lowering therapy on the basis of anticoagulation can better control blood glucose,blood lipids and other indicators,and can also stabilize plaque and avoid complications.It is worthy of promotion.
