摘  要:采用碱化与退火方法在铜网表面制备多晶型氧化铜纳米线结构,利用SEM、XRD、XPS、HR-TEM和电化学测试等手段,研究了碱化处理时间和退火工艺对氧化铜纳米线结构形貌、物相组成和光电化学性能的影响,并考察了所制氧化铜纳米线电极对低浓度乙醇溶液的检测能力。结果表明,碱化10 min并且经过退火处理(500℃×2 h)后,所制材料具有最佳的光电化学性能,其中退火处理促进了非晶状态直线型Cu(OH)_(2)纳米线向多晶弯曲型CuO纳米线转变。以最佳工艺制得的氧化铜纳米线结构作为无酶乙醇传感电极对浓度在20~100μmol·L^(-1)范围的乙醇溶液进行检测,电极灵敏度为3.05μA·cm^(-2)/(μmol·L^(-1)),检测限为17.34μmol/L,该材料表现出较好的乙醇检测能力。The polymorphic CuO nanowire structure was fabricated on the surface of copper mesh by alkalization and annealing methods.By means of SEM,XRD,XPS,HR-TEM and electrochemical tests,the effects of alkalization treatment time and annealing process on morphology,phase composition and photoelectrochemical performance of CuO nanowire structure were investigated,and the detection ability of the prepared CuO nanowire electrode for low-concentration ethanol solution was also investigated.The results show that the optimal photoelectrochemical performance of the as-prepared material was obtained afer alkalizing for 10 min and annealing at 500℃for 2 h,and annealing treatment promotes the transformation of amorphous linear Cu(OH)_(2) nanowire strucutre into polycrystalline curved CuO nanowire structure.The as-prepared CuO nanoware is used as an enzyme-free ethanol sensing electrode to detect ethanol solution in the concentration range of 20~100μmol·L^(-1),and the sensitivity and detection limit of the electrode are 3.05μA·cm^(-2)/(μmol·L^(-1))and 17.34μmol/L,respectively.The material shows good ethanol detection ability.
