摘　　要：在公立医院经济活动中签署廉政承诺是探索廉政风险防控机制的重要举措,通过PDCA管理签署工作得到不断完善,使廉政风险防控由内部向外部环境进行延伸,在规范权力运行中实现了自我监督与再监督的有机结合,数据库的建立为廉政风险防控精准施策提供客观数据支持与切入点。Signing the commitment of clean government in the economic activities of public hospitals is an important attempt of establishing the prevention and control mechanism of clean government risk.With the implementation of PDCA management,and commitment signing was better implemented,extending the prevention and control of clean government risk from the internal to the external environment,and realizing the organic combination of self-supervision and re-supervision when regulating the operation of power.The establishment of database provided objective data support and entry point for developing accurate measures of prevention and control of clean government risk.
