摘　　要：打造规范化、人性化,具有鲜明文化特色的医院标识标牌系统是医院文化建设工作的重要内容。优质的标识标牌服务系统具有高效导向功能,同时也具有医院文化传递功能。文章分析北医三院现行标识标牌系统存在的问题,运用OODA管理理论进一步探讨如何完善北医三院标识服务系统管理制度、提升标识服务系统规范化水平、改进标识服务系统人性化设计,从而打造有温度的医院标识服务系统。Creating a standardized and humanized hospital signage system with distinctive cultural characteristics is a crucial section of hospital’s cultural construction.A quality signage system possesses the function of efficiency orientation as well as culture transmission.The article analyzed the problems of the existing signage system of Peking University Third Hospital,discussed how to further improve the management system,enhance the standardization of the signage system and improve the humanized design by applying OODA management theory,so as to create a signage service system with temperature for the hospital.
