摘  要:东北黑土是我国珍贵的生产要素与农业资源。落实好新形势下国家粮食安全战略,根本在于耕地。东北地区是中国最大的大豆生产区,在保障国家粮油安全中具有举足轻重的地位。当前,大豆连作和不科学施肥等导致的土壤障碍日趋严重,威胁大豆生产的稳定性,成为制约大豆品质提升和产量稳增的瓶颈问题。近年来,有关大豆土壤障碍消减以及黑土地力提升的调控对策已成为黑土区农业生产上的迫切需求。党中央、国务院高度重视保护东北黑土,明确提出要采取有力措施保护好这块宝贵的黑土地。基于以上问题,特提出建议和未来展望,以期为保护黑土地贡献力量。The black soil in northeast China is a precious factor of production and agricultural resources in China.Cultivated land is important to implement the national food security strategy under the new situation.It plays a pivotal role in safeguarding national food and oil safety.Nowadays,soil obstacles caused by continuous soybean cropping and unscientific fertilization have become more and more serious,threatening the stability of soybean production,and have become a bottleneck restricting the improvement of soybean quality and the steady increase in yield.In recent years,the reduction of soybean soil barriers and the improvement of black soil power have become one of the hot issues urgently demanded in agricultural production in black soil areas.The Party Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the protection of black land in Northeast China,and clearly propose that effective measures should be taken to protect this precious black land.Based on the above problems,suggestions and future prospects are put forward in order to contribute to the protection of black land.
