摘 要:本文以A型架式和多连杆式两种典型的矿用自卸车非独立式后悬架为研究对象,基于多体动力学理论和利用MapleSim软件对上述两种类型的后悬架进行建模和分析。通过对悬架的K&C特性对比分析研究,可以得出后轴两侧车轮同向轮跳时,多连杆式后悬架的K特性较优,反向车轮跳动时,A型架式后悬架的K特性较优;两种悬架的C特性指标数值均很小,其运动学特性主要受K特性影响。该研究结论可以为矿车非独立式后悬架设计提供理论支持。Two typical rear non-independent suspensions of A-frame and multi-link of mining dump truck are studied, based on multi-body dynamics theory, and applied MapleSim software to conduct the modeling, analysis, and simulation of the above two kinds of suspension.Through the comparative research of K&C characteristics of suspension, it can be concluded that K characteristic of multi-link suspension was the better when the wheels on both sides of the rear axle jump in the same direction, K characteristic of A-frame suspension was the better when the wheels on both sides of the rear axle jump in the opposite direction;the C characteristic index values of the two suspensions are very small, the kinematic characteristics of suspension are mainly affected by K characteristics.The research and analysis results can provide theoretical support for the design of rear non-independent suspension of mine dump truck.
