摘  要:用不锈钢除尘灰、含铬烧结矿、铬除尘灰等铬铁冶炼尾渣代替部分铬原矿,与还原剂焦炭、熔剂硅石等混合,进行无害化处理研究。经反应过程中的影响因素研究,分析出最佳反应条件为原料粒度10mm,燃烧温度1550℃,燃烧时间4h,原渣配比1。对无害化处理过程进行机理研究,结果表明,铬铁冶炼尾渣中金属矿物存在形式复杂,参与反应重叠,其中钙铬石先生成铬氧化物,后被焦粉还原,生成铬的碳化物及铬单质等;含铁的矿物相中,先是铁橄榄石及辉石的氧化反应,同时伴随铁氧化物的还原反应,进而形成铬铁合金等。The ferrochrome smelting tailings, such as stainless steel dust, chrome bearing sinter and chromium dust, are used to replace part of chromium ore and mixed with reducing agent coke and flux silica for harmless treatment study.Through the study of the influencing factors in the reaction process, it is analyzed that the optimum reaction conditions are raw material particle size of 10mm, combustion temperature of 1550℃, combustion time of 4h and raw slag ratio of 1.The mechanism of harmless treatment process is studied, and the results show that the metal minerals in ferrochromium smelting tailings exist in complex forms and participate in the reactions overlap. Among them, calcium chromite is formed into chromium oxide and then reduced by coke powder to form chromium carbide and chromium simple substance. In the mineral phase containing iron, the oxidation reaction of iron olivine and pyroxene is first, accompanied by the reduction reaction of iron oxide, and then ferrochrome alloy is formed.
