摘  要:为实现甘肃干旱地区煤矸石在道路路基中的应用,选择三种来源煤矸石作为研究对象,分析其物化特性、环境安全性、水稳定性、均质性及作为路基填料的力学特性。结果表明,采用岩石耐崩解指数评价煤矸石的水稳定性,样本2耐崩解性最好,样本1次之,样本3不满足路基填筑要求。对于均质性,煤矸石作为路基填筑材料,利用前处理只需一级鄂式破碎即可满足级配特征要求。随着煤矸石填筑混合料中0-5mm细集料含量的增大,最大干密度逐渐减小。击实过程中,煤矸石颗粒逐渐发生破碎,级配走向更细,2mm基本是变化的临界点。分析煤矸石击实过程压实度的变化,样本1更易达到压实度要求,这取决于煤矸石自身强度。分析不同级配煤矸石的CBR承载比及浸水膨胀,适宜煤矸石用于路基填筑的级配中5mm以下细集料含量应为30%~50%。煤矸石作为路基填筑,在水的作用下除部分崩解外,整体体积较为稳定。To realize the application of coal gangue in road subgrade in arid area of Gansu,coal gangue from three sources is selected as research object.The physicochemical properties,environmental safety,water stability,homogeneity and mechanical properties of coal gangue as subgrade filler are analyzed.The results show that when using the rock disintegration resistance index to evaluate the water stability of coal gangue,sample 2 is the best and followed by sample 1,but sample 3 does not meet the requirements of subgrade filling.For the homogeneity,coal gangue as subgrade filling material only needs one-stage jaw crushing to meet the requirements of grading characteristics.For the mixture filled with coal gangue,the maximum dry density decreases with the increase of 0-5mm fine aggregate.In the process of compaction,coal gangue particles are gradually broken,the grading trend is finer,and 2mm is basically the critical point.By analyzing the change of compactness during the compaction process of coal gangue,sample 1 is easier to meet the compactness requirements,which depends on the strength of coal gangue itself.The CBR bearing ratio and water immersion expansion of different grades of coal gangue are analyzed.The content of fine aggregate below 5mm in the gradation suitable for coal gangue for subgrade filling should be 30%~50%.As subgrade filling,under the action of water,the overall volume of coal gangue is relatively stable except for partial disintegration.
