摘  要:类成束阿拉伯半乳糖蛋白(fasciclin-like arabinogalactan proteins,FLAs)广泛存在于植物中,在植物生长发育的各个阶段起重要作用。为全面了解辣椒FLA基因家族成员,利用生物信息学分析方法对其理化性质、亚细胞定位、系统发育树、染色体定位、基因结构、保守基序及顺式作用元件等进行分析。结果表明:在辣椒基因组数据中共鉴定到25个辣椒FLAs基因家族成员,不均匀地分布于9条染色体上,并分为3个亚族;大多数辣椒FLA基因家族成员编码的蛋白以酸性为主,并定位在细胞膜上;该家族成员在启动子序列中含有多种激素响应、逆境胁迫响应、光响应等和植物生长发育相关的顺式作用元件。Fasciclin-like arabinogalactan proteins(FLAs)is widely present in plants and plays a crucial role in various stages of plant growth and development.In order to fully understand the members of pepper FLA gene family,this paper analyzed the physical and chemical properties,subcellular location,phylogenetic tree,chromosome location,gene structure,conservative motifs and cis-acting elements,etc.of CaFLAs by bioinformatics analysis method.The results showed that 25 members of pepper FLA gene family were identified in pepper genome data,being unevenly distributed on 9 chromosomes and divided into 3 subfamilies.Proteins of most CaFLA gene family members encode were mainly acidic,and located on cell membrane.The members of this family contain multihormonal response,adversity stress response,photoresponse,etc.and cis-acting elements related to plant growth and development.
