复方黄柏液联合美沙拉嗪对溃疡性结肠炎患者炎症因子和丙二醛的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨复方黄柏液联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎对其肠黏膜炎症因子、氧化损伤产物丙二醛的影响。方法102例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为实验组52例与对照组50例,实验组给予美沙拉嗪口服联合复方黄柏液保留灌肠;对照组给与美沙拉嗪口服治疗,并给与等计量生理盐水灌肠。治疗前和治疗12周后给予改良Mayo评分,检测肠黏膜炎症因子水平及丙二醛含量。结果治疗后2组患者改良Mayo评分均降低(P<0.01),实验组低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后2组丙二醛含量均降低(P<0.01),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6水平均降低(P<0.05),实验组TNF-α、IL-6低于对照组(P<0.05),IL-1β组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方黄柏液联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效更佳,可能与其从致病机理上减轻局部炎症有关。Objective To analyze the effect of compound cortex phellodendri fluid combined with mesalazine on the inflammatory factors and oxidative damage products in patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods A total of 102 ulcerative colitis patients were divided into experimental group(52 patients),and control group(50 patients).Oral mesalazine combined with compound xanthella fluid was used to retain enema in experimental group;patients in control group received oral treatment with mesalazine and isometric saline enema.A modified Mayo score was performed before and 12 weeks after treatment to detect serum and intestinal mucosal inflammatory factor levels and malondialdehyde content.Results The modified Mayo score was reduced in both groups,and the score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the content of malondialdehyde decreased in both groups,and there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,levels of TNF-α,IL-1β,and IL-6 were reduced in both groups(P<0.05).TNF-αand IL-6 decreased more significantly in the experimental group(P<0.05),while IL-1βwas not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Compound cortex phellodendri fluid combined with mesalazine may have better efficacy for ulcerative colitis,which may be related to reducing local inflammation by pathogenesis.
