网络“树洞”:一种古老传播形式的媒介化重生

摘　　要：不同于传统“树洞”,网络“树洞”是一种中介化的准人际传播。不过,它仍旧是在个体自我言说之欲望与秘密泄露之担忧的矛盾心理下产生的。由于媒介平台的介入,网络“树洞”实现了传受双方的联结,并且在平台商业属性的影响下,其传播内容呈现出议题类型化与表达故事化的特征。事实上,网络“树洞”在作为非正式的社会安全阀的同时,也成了社会风险的潜在孵化地。进而观之,如何让网络“树洞”中呈现的个人困扰转化为公共议题,如何让网络“树洞”中由相似经历而引发的情感共鸣不至于带来群体极化,如何让网络“树洞”中的互动交流不会滑向窥私狂欢,显然是当下我们亟须解决的难题。Different from the traditional tree hole,the network tree hole is a kind of intermediary quasi-interpersonal communication.But still it comes from the ambivalence of the individual’s desire to speak out and the fear of secret disclosure.Due to the intervention of the media platform,the network tree hole has realized the connection between the two parties,and under the influence of the commercial attributes of the platform,its communication content presents the characteristics of issue typed and expression story-like.In fact,the network tree hole has not only served as an informal safety valve for the society,but also has become a potential hatch of social risks.Then it appears that how to make the personal distress emerged from the network tree hole turn into public issues,how to make the emotional resonance caused by similar experiences in the network tree hole not bring about group polarization and how to make the interactions in the network tree hole not slide into a carnival caused by peeing at others’privacy obviously have been the problems we need to solve.
