摘  要:为了对比研究LF+VD与LF+RH工艺在管线钢生产过程中对其洁净度的影响以及各自优缺点,采集两种精炼工艺生产管线钢时的现场关键数据指标进行对比,并利用Aspex检测分析轧制后的钢材中所含夹杂物的组成、尺寸及数密度来评价管线钢的洁净度。对比结果显示:两种精炼工艺在关键数据指标控制上水平相当,都存在进步空间;LF+VD工艺在夹杂物数量密度均值、波动控制上强于LF+RH工艺;LF+VD工艺生产管线钢所含夹杂物主要为CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-CaS等钙铝酸盐夹杂物,而LF+RH工艺生产管线钢所含夹杂物以Al_(2)O_(3)夹杂物为主,含有少量的CaO、CaS。In order to compare and study the impact of LF+VD and LF+RH on the cleanliness of pipeline steel in the production process of pipeline steel,as well as their respective advantages and disadvantages,the on-site key data indicators of pipeline steel produced by the two refining processes are collected for comparison.The composition,size and number density of inclusions in rolled steel are analyzed by Aspex to evaluate the cleanliness of pipeline steel.The comparison results show that the two refining processes have the same control level of key data indicators,and there is room for progress.LF+VD process is stronger than LF+RH in the control of mean value and fluctuation of inclusion quantity density.The inclusions in pipeline steel produced by LF+VD process are mainly calcium aluminate inclusions such as CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-CaS,while the inclusions in pipeline steel produced by LF+RH process are mainlyAl_(2)O_(3) inclusions,containing a small amount of CaO and CaS.
