摘  要:基于转炉脱磷的热力学机理分析与热力学计算软件FactSage7.2模拟,通过现场试验,进行采集数据、取渣样分析等,深入研究探讨了转炉冶炼后期渣中FeO、渣中P_(2)O_(5)、终点温度和吨钢石灰加入量对脱磷效果的影响。结合某钢厂生产实践结果表明,控制终渣w(FeO)在18%~20%,终渣w(P_(2)O_(5))在2.5%以下,终点温度控制在1620℃左右,吨钢石灰加入量控制在35 kg/t左右,可以使转炉终点脱磷率达到85%以上。Based on the thermodynamic mechanism analysis and thermodynamic calculation software FactSage7.2 simulation,through field test,data collection and slag sample analysis,the effects of FeO in slag,P_(2)O_(5) in slag,end point temperature and lime addition per ton of steel on dephosphorization effect in the later stage of converter smelting are deeply studied and discussed.Combined with the production practice of a steel plant,the results show that the end-point dephosphorization rate of converter can reach more than 85% by controlling the final slag w(FeO)at 18%~20%,the final slag w(P_(2)O_(5))below 2.5%,the end-point temperature at about 1620℃ and the amount of lime per ton of steel at about 35 kg/t.
