摘  要:采用BOF-LF-VD-CCM工艺生产低硫低硼钢,在取消铁水预处理降低成本的情况下,通过转炉采取优质废钢,顶底复吹发挥转炉的脱硫效果;同时利用转炉吹氧强脱硼作用,脱除铁水中带入的硼,使出钢时钢水中残余硼含量达到极低水平;采用铝块深脱氧,配加部分石灰和精炼合成渣,提前为LF造渣做准备,选择加入硼含量低的合金种类,避免合金增硼;LF精炼采用石灰造渣,渣中加入铝粒脱氧,以及喂铝线微调钢水中铝,LF炉造渣脱硫过程控制底吹氩气,达到深脱硫效果,同时优化渣中铝粒加入时机控制渣中硼回入钢水中。批量生产的w[S]≤15×10^(-6),w[B]≤5×10^(-6)低硫低硼管线钢,不仅钢种成分命中率高,而且与传统工艺相比降低了成本,提高了生产效率。BOF-LF-VD-CCM process is used to produce low sulfur and low boron steel.Under the condition of canceling hot metal pretreatment and reducing cost,high-quality scrap is adopted in the converter,and the desulfurization effect of the converter is brought into play by top and bottom combined blowing.At the same time,the boron in molten iron is removed by oxygen blowing in converter,so that the residual boron content in molten steel reaches a very low level during tapping.Deep deoxidation with aluminum block is adopted,and some lime and refining synthetic slag are added to prepare for LF slagging in advance.The alloy with low boron content is selected to avoid increasing boron in the alloy.LF refining adopts lime slagging,adding aluminum particles to the slag for deoxidation,and feeding aluminum wire to fine tune the aluminum in molten steel.The LF furnace slagging desulfurization process controls the bottom blowing argon to achieve deep desulfurization effect.At the same time,the time of adding aluminum particles are optimized in the slag and the boron in the slag is controled to return to the molten steel.Mass production of w[S]of≤15×10^(-6),w[B]≤5×10^(-6) low sulfur and low boron pipeline steel not only has a high hit rate of steel composition,but also reduces the cost and improves the production efficiency compared with the traditional process.
