摘　　要：提出了采用PDA-7000、ARL4460、SPECTROM9三种光电直读光谱仪对测定不同规格钢材试样的分析方法进行攻关;探讨了仪器电极、环境、取制样及标准样品的选择等影响因素,对分析方法进行优化改进,测定值与手工分析结果一致,满足了日常检测工作的要求。Three photoelectric direct reading spectrometers PDA-7000,ARL4460 and SPECTRO M9 are proposed to solve the key problems in the analysis of steel samples of different specifications.The influencing factors such as instrument electrode,environment,sampling and preparation and the selection of standard samples were discussed.The analysis method was optimized and improved.The measured values were consistent with the results of manual analysis,which met the requirements of daily detection work.
