摘  要:针对马钢380 m^(2)烧结机带冷余热发电量与同类机组比较相对较低的问题,以多孔介质为基础,基于非热力学平衡理论构建气体与烧结矿之间的双能量方程,建立合适的三维模型对烧结矿气-固换热过程进行模拟,并运用模型研究带冷机余热循环风的不同进风方式对吨矿回收热量的影响,以期通过循环进风方式的优化而为实现余热发电量的提升提供科学依据。In view of the relatively low power generation of 380 m^(2) sintering machine with cold waste heat in Masteel compared with similar units,based on porous media and non thermodynamic equilibrium theory,the double energy equation between gas and sinter is constructed,and an appropriate three-dimensional model is established to simulate the gas-solid heat transfer process of sinter.The model is used to study the influence of different air inlet modes of waste heat circulating air with cooler on the heat recovery of ton mine,in order to provide a scientific basis for the improvement of waste heat power generation through the optimization of circulating air inlet mode.
