摘 要:为生产用于高端铸造的铁液和稳定铸造熔炼环节的操作,对冲天炉铸造熔炼用燃料焦炭的各项指标与熔炼铁液的质量相关性进行分析,结合铸造焦生产的主要炉型-热回收焦炉,对其特殊的炉型结构、热工制度和配煤结构生产的铸造焦在冲天炉内熔炼过程中的运行进行研究,结果表明采用低反应性、高固定碳的大块度铸造焦在冲天炉熔炼过程中,可以提高冲天炉熔炼工序的稳定性和改善炉况,并使得铁液的质量有了大幅地提升,为高性能、高精密、高精尖铸件的加工提供了重要的原料支撑。In order to produce molten iron for high-end casting and stabilize the operation of casting and smelting links,the correlation between various indexes of fuel coke for cupola casting and smelting and the quality of molten iron is analyzed.Combined with the main furnace type of foundry coke production-heat recovery coke oven,the operation of cast coke produced by its special furnace structure,thermal system and coal blending structure in the melting process of cupola is studied.The results show that the use of low reactivity and high fixed carbon bulk cast coke in the melting process of cupola can improve the stability of the melting process of cupola and improve the furnace condition.The quality of molten iron has been greatly improved,which provides important raw material support for the processing of high-performance,high-precision and high-precision castings.
