摘  要:为提高2250热轧卷取夹送辊的生产能力,分析了热轧卷取机咬入带钢的两种状态,即理想状态和非理想状态,从实际情况出发,用带钢的相对变形曲率来判断带钢咬入状态的好坏;通过增大夹紧力来改善带钢的咬入状态,提高了卷取的成功率;分析了夹紧力增大前后扭矩的变化,能够满足所选电机的要求。In order to improve the production capacity of 2250 hot rolling coiler pinch roll,this paper analyzes two kinds of conditions in pinch roll biting strip steel,ideal state and non ideal state.According to the actual situation,the biting condition is evaluated by the relative deformed curvity of strip steel.The biting condition of strip steel is improved by increasing in pinch force,which raises the rate of coiling success.Finally,the change of torque after the increase in pinch force is analyzed to meet the requirements of the selected motor.
