摘　　要：为更好提升唐钢冷轧薄板厂生产管理体系中生产计划的精准化、合理化,满足现阶段冷轧厂的生产加工要求,在现有技术的框架下,积极探讨动态计划排产系统的研发思路与实现方法,尝试打造集成化、智能化的生产计划体系。In order to better improve the precision and rationalization of the production plan in production management systen of Tangsteel cold rolled sheet mill,and meet the production and processing requirements of the cold rolling mill at the current stage.this paper tries to actively discuss the research and development ideas and realization methods of the dynamic planning production discharge system under the framework of the existing technology,create an integrated and intelligent production plan system.
