摘 要:以张子山矿井井田范围内11号近水平厚煤层为例,在概述其近距离煤层特殊地质条件及上覆层采空区对下煤层回采影响的基础上,提出其煤巷围岩变形控制的桁架锚杆索加强支护方式,并通过FLAC^(2D)分析软件对常规锚杆索支护和桁架锚杆索加强支护方式下煤巷顶底板形变量、侧帮塑性区范围、四周应力场分布及支护效果等进行数值模拟和对比。结果表明,在桁架锚杆索加强支护方式下,煤巷塑性屈服范围和变形程度显著减小,有利于矿井近距离相邻工作面安全生产。Taking No.11 near horizontal thick coal seam within the mine field of Zhangzishan Mine as an example,on the basis of summarizing the special geological conditions of the near coal seam and the influence of the overlying goaf on the mining of the lower coal seam,the truss anchor cable reinforced support method for the deformation control of the surrounding rock of the coal roadway is proposed.Through FLAC^(2D) analysis software,numerical simulation and comparison are carried out on the shape variable of coal roadway roof and floor,the range of side slope plastic zone,the distribution of surrounding stress field and support effect under the mode of conventional bolt cable support and Truss Bolt cable reinforced support.The results show that the plastic yield range and deformation degree of coal roadway are significantly reduced under the strengthening support mode of truss anchor cable,which is conducive to the safe production of close adjacent working faces in the mine.
