棒材轧线传动设备常见故障分析

摘　　要：对棒材主轧线发生的轧机减速机轴承损坏、齿轮断裂、换挡减速机齿轮轴断等常见故障进行了分类,制定了解决措施。通过改进轴的结构形式,解决了轧机换挡减速机轴断问题;通过采取调整进出口喇叭口的高度等措施,解决了飞剪带头问题;通过采取技术改进措施和管理手段,较好地解决了棒材轧线减速机的故障,确保了轧机传动大设备的良好运行。The common faults such as bearing damage of mill reducer,gear fracture and gear shaft fracture of shift reducer on the main bar rolling line are classified,and the solutions are formulated.By improving the structure of the shaft,the problem of shaft breaking of the shift reducer of the rolling mill is solved.By adjusting the height of the bell mouth at the inlet and outlet,the problem of flying shear head is solved.By adopting technical improvement measures and management means,the fault of the reducer of the bar rolling line is better solved,and the good operation of the large transmission equipment of the rolling mill is ensured.
