摘　　要：结合生产实际案例,根据客户要求,确定涤氨混纺双面纬编针织面料的染整工艺路线。通过湿热处理解决热定形过程中出现的门幅及克重问题。采用浸渍工艺,在染浴中直接加入抗菌剂,对面料进行抗菌整理。面料功能开发完成后,分别对面料进行弹性、抗菌、抗紫外线等方面的性能测试。Combined with the actual production cases and based on the requirements of customers,the dying and finishing process of polyester-spandex blended double-sided weft knitted fabric is determined,and the problem of width and gram weight in the process of heat setting is solved by wet heat treatment.The antibacterial agent was directly added to the dyeing bath by impregnation process for antibacterial finishing of fabrics.After the functional development of fabric is completed,the performance of elastic,antibacterial and UV resistance of the fabric is tested respectively.
