摘  要:为了改善轨道车辆安全性与舒适度,提出了一种车辆格栅控制方案。当车内发生火灾时,通过实现隔墙门的回风格栅、司机室风道口的送风格栅、空调新风装置的进气阀、废排装置的排气阀的联动开闭,防止火情与毒气的蔓延和扩散,促进毒气排出,最大程度地保护乘客和司机的生命安全。当列车外部气压剧烈波动时,在列车内部空间与外部环境完全隔离的同时,将列车内部的司机室与客室空间也进行隔离,此时在一定前提条件下,如果司机室部分部件总泄压时间大于客室部分部件总泄压时间,则可减小司机室内气压波动,改善司机室舒适度,并且从理论上给予推导证明。其研究对轨道车辆在安全性与舒适度方面的设计具有参考作用。In order to improve the safety and comfort level of rail vehicles,a control scheme of vehicle grille was presented.When a fire occurred in a train,the spread of flame and poison gas could be prevented and the poison gas discharge could be promoted by opening and closing the air return grille of partition door,air supply grille of driver’s cab wind crossing,inlet valve of air conditioning fresh air device and exhaust valve of waste discharge device,so the life safety of passengers and drivers could be protected maximum;When the external pressure of the train fluctuated violently,while the internal space completely was isolated from the external environment,and the driver’s cab was also separated from the passenger compartment,if the total pressure decompression time of driver’s cab part component was greater than the total pressure decompression time of passenger compartment part component at this time under certain conditions,the fluctuation of the air pressure driver’s cab could be reduced and comfort level of driver’s cab could be improved,at the same time,the calculation and verification were carried out.The research provides a reference for safety and comfort design of rail vehicles.
