摘  要:为提高地质钻探中异常信号发现的实时性,设计一种地质钻探多参量融合监控系统。重点设计了系统硬件部分,主要包含传感数据采集与控制模块、通信监控模块等,运用多传感器采集参数数据,经过A/D转换后传入单片机,通信模块采用了GPRS技术实现了监控系统的通讯部分。在系统软件部分,主要提出了异常信号判断方法,以此完成基于GPRS的地质钻探多参量融合监控系统的设计。实验结果表明,此次研究的地质钻探多参量融合监控系统提高了异常信号发现的实时性,并提高了地质钻探的效率,降低了地质钻探的钻探成本,满足了地质钻探多参量融合监控系统的设计需求。In order to improve the real-time detection of abnormal signals in geological drilling,a multi-parameter fusion monitoring system for geological drilling is designed.The hardware part of the system is mainly designed,including data acquisition and control module,communication monitoring module and so on.The multi-sensor is used to collect parameter data and passed into single chip computer after A/D conversion.The communication module uses GPRS technology to realize the communication part of the monitoring system.An abnormal signal judgment method is proposed in the software part of the system to complete the design of the multi-parameter fusion monitoring system based on GPRS.The experimental results show that the multi-parameter fusion monitoring system of geological drilling improves the real-time detection of abnormal signals,improves the efficiency of geological drilling,and reduces the drilling cost of geological drilling.It meets the design requirements of multi-parameter fusion monitoring system for geological drilling.
