摘 要:为减少轮对尺寸检测系统标定误差,本文研究货车轮对尺寸动态检测系统综合标定方法。结合检测系统特点利用二元二次函数构建非线性畸变模型,实现客观场景信息到数字图像的转换,获取摄像机理想变换关系。为确保成像在一个像元以内,综合考虑成本尺寸等因素设计焦距,将成像模型简化为透镜成像,计算物平面在坐标系下的平面方程,利用最小二乘法获取旋转矩阵,求取标定板平面系数,完成综合标定。仿真结果表明:该方法标定精准度高,速度快,操作简单,能够有效满足动态检测系统的需求。In order to reduce the calibration error of the wheelset size detection system,this paper researches a comprehensive calibration method for the dimension dynamic detection system of freight train wheelset.Combined with the detection system characteristics characterized the binary quadratic function is used to construct the nonlinear distortion model,and the CCD camera is regarded as a small hole imaging model to realize the conversion of objective scene information to digital image and obtain the ideal transformation relation of the camera.In order to ensure that the imaging is within an pixel and the focal length is designed by comprehensively considering the cost size and other factors,the imaging model is finally simplified to lens imaging,the plane equation of the object plane in the coordinate system is calculated,the rotation matrix is obtained by using the least square method,and the plane coefficient of the calibration plate is obtained to complete the comprehensive calibration.Simulation results show that this method has high precision,fast speed and simple operation,and can effectively meet the requirements of dynamic detection system.
