摘　　要：本次研究基于JSP技术建立了一套用户于医疗机构的人事信息管理系统,重点介绍了该系统的逻辑结构与网络结构,阐述了该系统所具有的主要功能模块以及数据库设计方案,提出了JSP技术在界面设计中的应用策略,最后展示了人事管理功能的实现结果。This research establishes a set of personnel information management system based on JSP technology,focuses on the logic structure and network structure of the system,expounds the main function modules and database design scheme of the system,puts forward the application strategy of JSP technology in the interface design,and finally shows the realization results of personnel management function.
