网球发球技术环节肩关节动作机理分析

摘　　要：运用文献资料、逻辑分析、观看视频等方法,从肩关节解剖学结构的特殊性与网球发球技术的复杂性分析网球发球技术环节中肩关节动作机理。研究发现:肩关节特殊的结构与功能及肩关节特殊生物力学构造,影响网球发球时肩关节的剪切力,是导致肩关节运动损伤的原因之一,而网球发球的技术复杂性也是导致肩关节运动损伤的主要因素。本研究可为预防肩关节损伤、提高网球发球技术质量及肩关节损伤后的治疗及康复提供理论和实践依据。This paper uses the methods of literature,logical analysis,watching videos,etc.,to analyze the action mechanism of the shoulder joint in the technical link of tennis serve from the particularity of the anatomical structure of the shoulder joint and the complexity of the tennis serve technique.The study found that the special structure and function of the shoulder joint and the special biomechanical structure of the shoulder joint affect the shear force of the shoulder joint during tennis serve,which is one of the causes of shoulder joint injuries.And the technical complexity of tennis serve is also the main factor of shoulder joint injuries.This study provides theoretical and practical references for preventing shoulder joint injuries,improving the quality of tennis serve technique,and treating and rehabilitating shoulder joint injuries.
