摘　　要：目的:依据试点经验分析与典型案例提炼,为进一步推进国家社会办中医工作提供借鉴。方法:采用数据统计法和综合对比分析法对相关文献及试点地区的情况进行研究。结果:政府重视试点工作,出台多项鼓励政策,简化医疗机构审批流程和提高审批效率,完善建设标准取得实效,执业医师多点执业政策稳步推进,打造中医综合服务区,拓展多元化办医服务,进一步加强医疗质量安全监管。结论:建议建立部门联动机制,落实配套政策;着力补齐社会办中医短板,加强人才队伍建设;加强监管和指导,促进规范有效运营。Objective:According to the analysis of pilot experience and the refinement of typical cases,to provide reference for further promoting the work of TCM in the country and society.Methods:The relevant literature and the situation of the pilot areas were studied by means of data statistics and comprehensive comparative analysis.Results:The government attaches great importance to the pilot work,issued a number of incentive policies,simplified the approval process of medical institutions and improved the approval efficiency,improved the construction standards and achieved practical results,steadily promoted the multi-point practice policy of practicing physicians,built a comprehensive service area of TCM,and expanded diversified medical services,to further strengthen the supervision of medical quality and safety.Conclusion:It is recommended to establish a departmental linkage mechanism and implement supporting policies;focus on making up for the shortcomings of social TCM,strengthen the construction of talent teams;strengthen supervision and guidance,and promote standardized and effective operations.
