摘　　要：目的:了解安徽省妇幼保健机构救治能力现状,为建立医联体内妇幼保健机构救治体系提供思路。方法:通过对安徽省16个地市77家市、县、区级妇幼保健机构进行问卷调查,分析妇幼保健机构救治能力现状。结果:被调查的77家妇幼保健机构,开展临床业务的机构50家(64.9%),设置床位的机构49家(63.64%)。学科设置前五位为妇科(75.32%)、产科(57.14%)、普儿科(42.86%)、内科(31.16%)、新生儿科(29.87%);建立院级急救专家组32家(41.56%),急诊科独立建制9家(11.69%),配置产科重症监护单元(OICU) 5家(6.49%)、NICU12家(15.58%)、PICU5家(6.49%)、ICU4家(5.19%),承担市县级救治中心依托单位10家(12.99%)。结论:安徽省妇幼保健机构整体救治能力不强,孕产妇对医疗服务的强烈需求与各级妇幼保健机构救治能力薄弱之间不匹配,特别是在疫情防控救治能力上难以满足孕产妇的救治需求;在医联体内建立妇幼保健机构救治体系,能弥补基层妇幼保健机构救治能力短板。Objective:To explore the treatment capacity of maternal & child health institutions in Anhui Province,and to provide support for the establishment of a treatment system in the Medical Cluster.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 77 maternal & child health care institutions in Anhui Province to analyze the status quo of treatment capacity.Results:Of the 77 maternal & child health care institutions,64.9% of institutions provide clinical services,63.64% of institutions have beds.The top five disciplines in the surveyed medical institutions are gynecology (75.32%),obstetrics (57.14%),pediatrics (42.86%),internal medicine (31.16%),neonatology (29.87%).41.56% of the surveyed institutions established an emergency expert team;11.69% of surveyed institutions have independent emergency departments,6.49% have OICUs,15.58% have NICUs,6.49% have PICUs,and 5.19% have ICUs;12.99% of the surveyed institutions are municipal and county-level treatment centers.Conclusion:The overall treatment capacity of Anhui maternal & child health care institutions is insufficient,and there is a mismatch between the urgent needs for medical services of pregnant women and the weak treatment capabilities of maternal & child health institutions,especially during the epidemic period of COVID-19.The establishment of a treatment system in the Medical Cluster can make up for the shortcomings of the treatment capacity of the basic-level maternal and child health care institutions.
