摘　　要：通过介绍互联网医疗的内涵与意义,描绘“互联网+医疗”高质量发展的“5新”(新体系、新趋势、新动力、新效能、新文化)实现路径。即构建医联体、医疗集团、三医联动系统的新体系;引领平战结合、全生命周期健康管理的新趋势;提升以聚焦医疗服务流程、可持续发展能力的新效能;激活人才、信息、科研三位一体的新动力;建设以患者需求导向,关心关爱医务人员的新文化,并通过优化顶层设计、构建整合式一体化发展模式、保障与监管机制并轨而行、强调精细化管理理念等重点策略,打造互联网医疗高质量发展的闭环系统。By introducing the connotation and significance of Internet medical care,it describes the realization path of ‘5 new’ (new system,new trend,new power,new efficiency,new culture) for the high-quality development of "Internet + medicine".That is to build a new system of Medical Cluster,medical group,and three medical linkage system;lead the new trend of combination of peacetime and combat,and whole life cycle health management;enhance the new efficiency of focusing on medical service process and sustainable development ability;activate talents and information The new driving force of the trinity of scientific research and development;building a new culture of patient demand-oriented,caring and caring for medical staff,and optimizing the top-level design,building an integrated development model,combining security and supervision mechanisms,and emphasizing the concept of refined management and other key points strategy to create a closed-loop system for the high-quality development of Internet medicine.
