某公立医院医用耗材精细化管控实践与效果

摘　　要：随着医药卫生体制改革工作不断推进,政府有关部门已出台多项政策促使医院管理工作侧重点由规模升级、业务发展逐渐过渡为结构优化、成本管控。为落实医改政策和要求,山东省某公立医院于2020年7月开展耗材精细化管控工作,综合运用多种管控措施,建立健全管控体系,结合信息化手段构建管控平台,强化成本管控和宣教工作,实现源头管控,取得明显成效。本文介绍了该院医用耗材精细化管控具体实践举措,分析了管控成效,为公立医院优化医用耗材管控工作提供参考。With the continuous advancement of the reform of the medical and health system,the relevant government departments have issued a number of policies to promote the focus of hospital management from scale upgrading and business development to structural optimization and cost control.In order to implement the medical reform policies and requirements,a public hospital in Shandong Province carried out the refined management and control of consumables in July 2020,comprehensively used a variety of management and control measures,established a sound management and control system,built a management and control platform combined with information technology,and strengthened cost control and publicity and education work,to achieve source control and achieve obvious results.This article introduces the specific practical measures of the hospital’s fine management and control of medical consumables,analyzes the management and control results,and provides a reference for public hospitals to optimize the management and control of medical consumables.
