摘 要:通过文献和访谈解读并分析非学历教育对高校教师提出的能力要求,得到高校教师非学历教育胜任力指标体系,并运用AHP方法对这些指标进行分析和权重,从而得到高校教师非学历教育胜任力模型。该模型体现了立德树人是高校教师非学历教育的根本任务、教师的职称和资历不是最重要的二级指标、高校教师进行非学历教育应“讲准确”“不乱讲”等三大特点,可以广泛运用于高校非学历教育师资的遴选和评价,助力高校进行非学历教育资源建设。An index system for university teachers’non-degree education competency has been constituted based on the interpretation of literature and interview and the analysis of the demand of non-degree education on university teachers’competency.The model for the university teachers’non-degree education competency has been built by analyzing and weighing the indexes through AHP method.The model has the following three features.Firstly,establishing morality and cultivating people is the fundamental task of non academic education for college teachers;Secondly,teachers’professional titles and qualifications are not the most important secondary indicators;Thirdly,college teachers should“speak accurately”and“don’t talk nonsense”in non-degree education.The model could be applied extensively in the selection and evaluation for the university teachers with non-degree education,with an effort to promote the construction of non-degree education resources at universities.
