摘  要:尼龙材料易吸湿,吸湿后尼龙材料抗冲击性能提高,但是强度指标会衰减。本文对某款外层PA612多层共挤5层尼龙管的机械性能进行试验分析。结果表明:室温爆破强度随多层尼龙管含水率升高而下降;当含水率小于0.6%,耐压性能基本不受影响;多层尼龙管存在吸湿滞后性,放湿到含水率平衡的含水率数值要高于吸湿到含水率平衡数值;外层低吸水率PA612多层尼龙管的每层层厚设计时,常温吸湿耐压值的安全系数取1.8~2。Nylon material is easy to absorb moisture.After moisture absorption,the impact resistance of nylon material is improved,but the strength index is decline.The mechanical properties of co-extrusion five-layer pipe with PA612 out layer was analyzed.The results show that room temperature burst pressure decreases with increased water content of multi-layer nylon pipe.When the water content is less than 0.6%,the pressure resistance performance is basically not affected.Multi-layer nylon tube has hygroscopic hysteresis,and the water content value of moisture releasing to water content equilibrium is higher than that of moisture absorption to water content equilibrium.When the thickness of each layer of PA612 multilayer nylon pipe with low water absorption of outer layer is designed,the safety coefficient of pressure resistance value of moisture absorption is 1.8~2 under ambient temperature.
