摘　　要：对汽车用制动器衬片标准修订前后的变化以及有害成分的分析测试方法进行了详细介绍,并分析了标准发布前后生产的制动器衬片中有害成分的分布情况。结果表明:GB 5763—2018实施前生产的衬片存在有害成分不合格的风险,且不合格率高达66%;标准实施后生产的衬片含有害成分风险较低,其含量也远低于限值的要求。最后介绍了目前汽车用制动器衬片CCC认证管理制度。The changes before and after the revision of the automotive brake lining standard and testing methods of harmful ingredients were introduced,and the distribution of harmful ingredients in the brake linings produced before and after the release of the standard was analyzed.The results show that the lining produced before the implementation of GB 5763—2018 have the risk of unqualified harmful ingredients,and the unqualified rate is as high as 66%.The risk of harmful ingredients in the lining produced after the implementation of the standard is relatively low,and its content is far lower than the requirements of the limit value.Finally,the current CCC certification management system for automotive brake linings was introduced.
