摘  要:在当代中国电网的迅速发展下,对于中国输配电线路的维修、电网设备检测和维护,不停电作业技术已经成为一种重要手段。但是不停电作业对于作业人员来说也是一项极其危险的工作,这种作业环境下存在的高强度的电场、暂态电击和稳态电击以及在不停电作业过程中对误操作短接空气间隙放电,对作业人员的安全会造成很大的威胁,因此不停电作业的安全防护就成为不停电作业顺利进行的关键。目前,对于中国输配电线路不停电作业的人员安全问题主要从两方面共同解决,一是需要依靠一批具有丰富经验的专责监护人,二是提高作业人员的自觉性。在实际的作业中,由于现场作业点多面广,作业人员工作任务繁重,容易疲劳,其精力无法持续集中,作业人员很容易发生违反操作规程、忽视安全距离等危险行为,从而导致安全事故的发生。针对目前国内不停电作业过程中安全监控及预警手段和方法缺乏的问题与现状,提出了基于人工智能的不停电作业全流程安全监测与安全预警系统,实现不停电作业全流程智能化管控,并实时监测人与带电体的安全距离以及进行主动预警。With the rapid development of China’s power grid, non-stop operation technology has become an important means for China’s transmission and distribution line maintenance, power grid equipment testing and maintenance. However, uninterrupted operation is also an extremely dangerous job. The high-intensity electric field, transient electric shock and steady-state electric shock in this operation environment and the short-circuit air gap discharge during uninterrupted operation will pose a great threat to the safety of uninterruptible operators. Therefore, safety protection for live working operations has become the key to the smooth implementation of live working operations. At present, there are two ways to solve the problem of personnel safety in power transmission and distribution lines in China. One is to rely on the experienced special guardian, and the other is to improve the consciousness of operators. In the actual operation process, due to the wide variety of on-site operation points and heavy work, the operators are prone to fatigue and lack of concentration, and they are prone to violations of operating regulations and ignoring safety distances, which can lead to safety accidents. Aiming at the current lack of safety monitoring and early warning methods and methods in domestic live working operations, we propose the whole process safety monitoring and early warning system of uninterrupted power operation based on artificial intelligence, realize the intelligent management and control of the whole process of uninterrupted power operation, and monitor the safety distance between people and electrified body in real time and carries out active early warning.
