摘 要:本研究以离心式压缩机悬臂转子系统为研究对象,对由气流激励引起的间隙激振力影响下的转子系统进行动力学稳定性分析。采用Timoshenko梁单元来模拟离散后的系统各轴单元,使用集中质量来模拟叶轮在转子系统中受到的影响,引入Alford气流间隙力模型、Muszynska迷宫密封力模型、滚动轴承力模型,建立系统的动力学方程,使用Newmark-β隐式积分数值计算方法进行求解。分别研究不同转速下Alford力、密封力、滚动轴承力对转子系统的影响。结果表明,密封力对转子系统的稳定性有促进作用,滚动轴承力会引起密封力,从而导致系统锁频频率偏移,Alford力对系统的振动幅值有较小的影响。In this study,taking the cantilever rotor system of centrifugal compressor as the research object,the dynamic stability of the rotor system under the influence of clearance excitation force caused by air⁃flow excitation is analyzed.Timoshenko beam element is used to simulate the discrete shaft elements of the system,and the concentrated mass is used to simulate the influence of the impeller in the rotor system.Alford air gap force model,Muszynska labyrinth sealing force model and rolling bearing force model are introduced to establish the dynamic equation of the system.Use Newmarkβnumerical calculation method of implicit integration solved the differential equation.The effects of Alford force,sealing force and rolling bearing force on the rotor system at different speeds are studied.The results show that the seal⁃ing force can promote the stability of the rotor system,the rolling bearing force will shift the frequency locking of the system caused by the sealing force,and the Alford force has a small influence on the vibra⁃tion amplitude of the system.
