摘  要:【目的】研究内生菌(Bacillus velezensis BHZ-29、B.atrophaeus SHZ-24)和根际细菌(B.subtilis SHT-15、B.vanillea SMT-24)在灭菌土与非灭菌土中对棉花的促生作用及诱导抗病效果。【方法】以棉花植株为试材,通过测量内生菌和根际细菌处理后第50天棉花的株高、根长、根毛数、叶片数,分析内生菌及根际细菌对棉花的促生作用;同时测定第50天棉花叶片过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量和木质素含量,探究内生菌和根际细菌处理对棉花诱导抗性作用。【结果】接种内生菌及根际细菌后,均能提高灭菌土与非灭菌土棉花株高、根长、增加根毛数和叶片数。在灭菌土中,SHZ-24处理组株高最高为24.78 cm,是对照组的1.21倍,SHT-15处理组根长最长,是对照组的1.14倍,根毛数和叶片数最多,分别是对照组的1.71和1.18倍;在非灭菌土中,SMT-24处理组株高最高为24.33 cm,是对照组的1.11倍,叶片数最多,是对照组的1.18倍,SHT-15处理组根长最长,根毛数最多,分别是对照组的1.07和1.78倍;此外,在灭菌土中,棉花叶片中的CAT、POD、PPO、SOD、PAL活性和木质素含量均有不同程度提高,丙二醛含量下降。【结论】在灭菌土与非灭菌土中,内生菌及根际细菌对棉株具有明显促生作用,能诱导棉花体内防御酶活性的表达,降低丙二醛含量,增强棉株抗病能力。【Objective】The effects growth promoting and disease resistance of endophytic bacteria(Bacillus velezensis BHZ-29, B.atrophaeus SHZ-24) rhizosphere bacteria(B.subtilis SHT-15, B.vanillea SMT-24) on cotton in sterilized soil and non-sterilized soil were studied.【Method】Taking cotton plants as test materials, the growth promoting effect of endophytic bacteria and rhizosphere bacteria on cotton was analyzed, through measuring the plant height, root length, root hair number and leaf number of cotton at the 50 th day, after endophytic bacteria and rhizosphere bacteria treatment;At the same time, the activities of catalase(CAT), peroxidase(POD), polyphenol oxidase(PPO), superoxide dismutase(SOD), phenylalanine ammonia lyase(PAL), malondialdehyde(MDA) content and lignin content in cotton leaves on the 50 th day were determined to further explore the induced resistance of cotton in different soil.【Result】After inoculating endophytic bacteria and rhizosphere bacteria, there were increasing of the plant height, root length, root hair number and leaf number of cotton between sterilized soil and non sterilized soil. In the sterilized soil, the plant height was the highest 24.78 cm of SHZ-24 treatment group, which was 1.21 times than that of the control group. The root length of SHT-15 treatment group was the longest, which was 1.14 times than that of the control group.The number of root hairs and leaves were the highest, which were 1.71 times and 1.18 times than that of the control group;In non sterilized soil, the plant height of SMT-24 treatment group was 24.33 cm, which was 1.11 times higher than that of the control group. The number of leaves was 1.18 times higher than that of the control group. The root length and root hair number of SHT-15 treatment group were 1.07 times and 1.78 times higher than that of the control group, respectively;In addition, in sterilized soil, the activities of CAT, POD, PPO, SOD, PAL and lignin content in cotton leaves increased in varying degrees, while the content of MDA decrease
