摘 要:工程项目进度管理是项目管理重要部分之一,是衡量一个工程项目管理水平高低的重要指标。但在实际工程项目管理实践中,往往会出现工序持续时间估计过长或者工程项目工期延误的现象。如何有效控制工程项目进度情况已经成为现在项目管理的重点,尤其在时间紧迫的煤改电工程中,施工中的进度问题日益凸显。文章用实例论证的方法对关键链项目管理方法在煤改电工程项目中的应用进行研究,在前人对关键链项目管理方法研究理论的基础上,在实践中完善关键链技术的理论体系,对关键链技术进行优化,使其有效性得以更好地发挥。同时对其他项目完善进度管理提供了借鉴,有着重要现实意义。Project schedule management is one of the important parts of project management,and it is an important index to measure the level of project management.However,in the actual engineering project management practice,there is often a phenomenon that the duration of the process is estimated to be too long or the duration of the project is delayed.How to effectively control the progress of the project has become the focus of project management,especially in the timetight coal-to-electricity project,the progress problem in the construction has become increasingly prominent.This paper uses the method of case demonstration to study the application of critical chain project management method in coal-to-power engineering project.On the basis of previous research on critical chain project management method,the theoretical system of critical chain technology is perfected in practice.The critical chain technology is optimized so that its effectiveness can be brought into full play.At the same time,it provides a reference for other projects to improve schedule management,which has important practical significance.
