摘  要:铁路轨道的道岔是线路系统的关键部分之一,属于事关列车安全的核心部件。为达到提升运输安全以及效率的目标,铁路列车的运行朝着高速以及重载的趋势发展,这就要求繁忙的正线应用ZYJ7型号的外锁闭式提速道岔装置。通过对道岔故障现场的分析,发现故障通常出现在工电结合的部分。根据检修作业的规定,给出工电联合整治的方案,道岔部位检修的效果获得进一步巩固和加强,显著降低其故障率,达成安全生产的目标。The turnout of the railway track is one of the key parts of the line system,which is the core component related to the safety of the train.In order to achieve the goal of improving transport safety and efficiency,the operation of railway trains is developing towards the trend of high speed and heavy load,which requires the application of ZYJ7 type external locking speed-increasing turnout device on busy main lines.Through the analysis of the fault site of the turnout,it is found that the fault is usually the part of the combination of industry and electricity.According to the regulations of maintenance operation,the scheme of combined treatment of industry and electricity is given,the effect of maintenance of turnout parts has been further consolidated and strengthened,the failure rate has been significantly reduced,and the goal of safety in production has been achieved.
