檀金川教授治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床经验

摘　　要：慢性肾小球肾炎是临床常见的慢性肾脏疾病,随着病程进展,最终可发展至终末期肾脏疾病,对患者生命健康造成严重威胁。檀金川教授认为,肺失通调,脾失健运,肝失疏泄,肾失开阖,三焦气化失司,是该病的基本病机,肺、脾、肝、肾4脏为基本病位,其中以脾肾为主,尤以肾为关键,因久病入络,所以又以肾络为重点,湿、热、痰、瘀为基本病理产物。治疗上强调辨病诊治、辨证诊治和阶段论治,辨病治疗结合西医辨病和中医辨病,辨证治疗中强调无症辨证、病初辨本证、病进辨变证、病中辨并发症、肾脏病理辨证,阶段论治中应该审证求因,动静结合,从激素和免疫抑制剂使用前、使用中和病久3个阶段分别结合临床实际进行治疗。Chronic glomerulonephritis is a clinically common chronic kidney disease.With the progression of the disease,it can eventually develop into end-stage renal disease,which poses a serious threat to the life and health of patients.Professor TAN Jinchuan believes that lung dysregulation,spleen loss of health,liver loss and drainage,kidney loss opening and closing and Sanjiao gasification loss are the basic pathogenesis of this disease,and the lung,spleen,liver and kidney are the basic disease.Among them,the spleen and kidney are the main,especially the kidney is the key,because the chronic disease enters the collateral,so the kidney collateral is the focus,dampness,heat and phlegm are the basic pathological products,and the treatment should be examined for the cause,combined with dynamic and static,combined with clinical practice for treatment.
