青藤碱治疗痛风性关节炎研究现状

摘　　要：痛风性关节炎是指滑囊、关节囊、软骨、骨质等组织内沉积尿酸盐而引发的炎症反应。青藤碱是从传统中药材青风藤中提取的活性成分,具有抗炎、消肿、解热、镇痛作用,能抑制炎症反应,从而减轻疼痛。近年来,众多研究表明,青藤碱对治疗痛风性关节炎具有一定的潜力和独特的优势。现将有关青藤碱治疗痛风性关节炎的临床应用与实验研究文献综述如下。Gouty arthritis refers to the inflammatory reaction caused by the deposition of urate in the bursa,joint capsule,cartilage,bone and other tissues.Sinomenine is an active ingredient extracted from the traditional Chinese herbal medicine Qingfengteng.It has anti-inflammatory,anti-swelling,antipyretic and analgesic effects,and can inhibit inflammation and relieve pain.In recent years,some research results showed that sinomenine has potential and unique advantages in the treatment of gouty arthritis.This article reviews the clinical application and experimental research about sinomenine for treatment of gouty arthritis.
