摘　　要：围绕一流应用技能型人才培养,总结当前转型发展高校在人才培养过程中面临的主要问题,分析问题产生的原因,给出解决问题的建议。以河北省转型发展示范高校石家庄学院为例,重点探讨综合实践教学平台在一流应用型人才培养过程中所发挥的重要作用。详细介绍摄影测量与地形测量综合实践教学平台、天文地质馆综合实践教学平台的系统构成、服务的课程和承担的功能。研究分析表明,综合实践教学平台在专业技能的培养上具有突出的优势,不但能进行单一的技能训练,也能针对不同课程开展综合技能训练,同时还可启发创新思维,为进一步开展专业研究提供思路和平台,对学生技能培养和教师科研工作都具有重要的现实意义。Focusing on the cultivation of applied skilled talents,this paper summarizes the main problems faced by colleges and universities in the process of talent training,analyzes the causes of the problems and gives some suggestions to solve the problems.Taking Shijiazhuang University,a demonstration school of transformation and development in Hebei Province as an example,the paper focuses on the important role of comprehensive practice teaching platform in the training of applied talents.The system composition,service courses and functions of the comprehensive practical teaching platform of photogrammetry and topographic survey and the astronomical and geological museum are introduced in detail.The research and analysis show that the comprehensive platform has outstanding advantages in the cultivation of professional skills.It can not only carry out single skill training,but also carry out comprehensive training for different skills.At the same time,it can also inspire innovative thinking and provide ideas and platform for scientific research.It has important practical significance for students'skill training and teachers'scientific research.
