摘　　要：[目的/意义]在加快构建中国特色哲学社会科学话语体系的背景下,探究国际图书情报学科领域中国学者的学术话语权演变,有助于传播图书情报学科的学术话语,提升中国特色哲学社会科学的国际话语权。[方法/过程]首先,严格界定了中国学者的学术话语权;接着,从学术影响力、学术引领力、学术竞争力等方面分别剖析了国际图情领域中国学者的学术话语权演变趋势及演化路径;最后,总结分析了中国学者在图书情报领域的学术话语权特点。[结果/结论]研究表明:中国学者在国际图书情报领域的学术话语权影响力逐步扩大,最小努力运作机制是其演变的内驱力;学术话语权地位由滞后向引领演化,其规律呈现出典型的马太效应;学术话语权优势大并且优势积累的来源稳定,其演变契合信息偏好运作机制.[Purpose/significance]Under the background of accelerating the construction of a discourse system of Phi?losophy and Social Sciences with Chinese Characteristics,exploring the evolution of the academic discourse power of Chinese scholars in the field of international Information Science and Library Science discipline will help spread its ac?ademic discourse and enhance the international discourse power of Philosophy and Social Sciences with Chinese Char?acteristics.[Method/process]First,the academic discourse power of Chinese scholars was strictly defined.Then,the evolution trend and path of Chinese scholars’academic discourse power in the field of international Information Sci?ence and Library Science were respectively analyzed from the perspective of academic influence,academic leadership,and academic competitiveness.Finally,this paper summarized and analyzed the characteristics of academic discourse power of Chinese scholars in the field of international Information Science and Library Science.[Result/conclusion]The research shows that the influence of Chinese scholars'academic discourse power in the international Information Science and Library Science field is gradually expanding,and the minimum effort operating mechanism is the internal driving force for its evolution.The status of academic discourse power has evolved from lagging to leading,and its law shows a typical Matthew effect.The academic discourse power has a large advantage and the source of the advantage ac?cumulation is stable,and its evolution fits the information preference operating mechanism.
