摘  要:控制光纤拉丝过程中的裸纤丝径波动是影响光纤拉丝质量的重要因素。给出了光纤拉制过程的数据模型,分析了导致光纤拉丝中影响裸纤波动的因素,介绍了光纤拉丝的整个过程,进行了炉内温度场和气体流场对裸纤直径波动的采样数据测试,并针对炉体结构、气体搭配和流量大小设计了相应的实验。实验数据表明:通过改变加热炉、拉丝塔的结构以及惰性气体流速与配置可以减轻拉丝制造过程的扰动,提高光纤裸纤直径波动的控制精度,丝径波动范围从±1μm提高到±0.5μm。Controlling the fluctuation of bare fiber diameter in the process of optical fiber drawing is an important factor affecting the quality of optical fiber drawing.The data model of the optical fiber drawing process is given,the factors affecting the bare fiber fluctuation in the optical fiber drawing are analyzed,the whole process of optical fiber drawing is introduced,the sampling data of the bare fiber diameter fluctuation by the temperature field and gas flow field in the furnace are tested,and the corresponding experiments are designed according to the furnace structure,gas matching and flow rate.The experimental data show that by changing the structure of heating furnace and drawing tower and the flow rate and configuration of inert gas,the disturbance of drawing manufacturing process can be reduced and the control accuracy of bare fiber diameter fluctuation can be improved.The fluctuation range of fiber diameter is from±1μm increased to±0.5μm.
