摘  要:以桃(Prunu persica L.Batsch)为研究材料,在其生长发育期间喷施稀释75倍、150倍5-氨基乙酰丙酸(ALA)稀释液以及1 000、2 000倍‘禾稼春’氨基酸水溶性肥稀释液,检测桃树叶片SPAD、叶绿素快速荧光特性、单果重、以及果实品质。结果显示:不同稀释倍数的ALA溶液和‘禾稼春’,均能不同程度地提高桃树叶片SPAD值、诱导I-P相荧光强度增加,叶片单位面积PSⅡ反应中心吸收(ABS/CSm)、捕获(TR_(0)/CSm)的能量上升,而热耗散量(DI_(0)/CSm)显著下降,J相相对荧光(V_(J))和PSⅡ反应中心最大关闭速率(Mo)下降,桃树叶片的光合性能指数(PI_(ABS),PI_(CS),PI_(total))显著上升。此外,ALA及‘禾稼春’处理后能显著提高桃单果重,同时果实可溶性固形物、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、VC及花青素含量得到不同程度提高,但降低可滴定酸含量。可见,ALA溶液和‘禾稼春’可应用于桃生产,增强桃光合作用,提高桃果实品质。The experiment with peach as material,during its growth and development,spray it with 75-fold and150-fold dilutions of 5-faminolevulinic acid(ALA) and 1 000-fold and 2 000-fold dilutions of ’Crop spring’ amino acid water-soluble fertilizer.Detect the SPAD of peach leaves,the characteristics of rapid chlorophyll fluorescence,the weight of single fruit,and the quality of the fruit.The results showed that different dilutions of ALA solution and ’Crop spring’ can increase the SPAD of peach leaves,induce an increase in the fluorescence intensity of the IP phase,and the energy of absorbance(ABS/CSm),trap(TR_(0)/CSm) of PS Ⅱ reaction center were increased,but the heat dissipation(DI_(0)/CSm) decreased significantly,the relative fluorescence(V_(J)) of phase J and the maximum closing rate of PS Ⅱ reaction center(Mo) were decreased,and the photosynthetic performance index(PI_(ABS),PI_(CS)and PI_(total)) of peach tree leaves increased significantly.In addition,ALA and ’Crop spring’ treatment can significantly increase the weight of single peach fruit,promote the increase of anthocyanin content,and increase fruit hardness,fruit soluble solids,soluble protein,soluble sugar and VC content to varying degrees.But reduce the content of titratable acid.It can be seen that the ALA solution and ’Crop spring’ can be used in peach production to enhance peach photosynthesis and improve the quality of peach fruit.
